Sillunu Oru Kaadhal is a TV serial telecasted on Colors Tamil and is under the production of Meraki Film Works.
Sillunu Oru Kaadhal is an official remake of the Kannada TV serial Mangala Gowri Maduve.
The story revolves around a 17-year-old, Kayal, who steps into the ring of marriage with an IPS Officer, Surya.
Post her marriage, she finds it hard to manage the rituals and customs set by society.
Later, the twist comes when Kayal decides to fight against those orthodox norms as she wants to live according to her wishes.
She feels that her desires and wishes are crushed under these rituals which makes her upset.
The upcoming story will showcase how Kayal fights against those set norms and what challenges will she face while trying to overcome them.
The main female lead role of Kayal is played by Darshini Gowda whereas the male lead role of Surya played by Sameer Ahamathu.
Besides this, Kammapandi, Sathya Prathyusha, Ranjit and Sri Latha will be seen as playing the crucial roles of the serial.
The show was premiered on 4th January 2021 at 9:30 PM time slot only on Colors Tamil and online on the official VOOT app.
